Jim Engh A native of Dickinson, N.D., Engh, 45, earned a B.S. degree in landscape architecture with a concentration in turf grass science from Colorado State University. He has 23 years of experience in golf course design and construction, including four years in Europe and Asia while working from London for Cotton Pennick and later the International Management Group. He returned to the United States to start his own firm in 1991.
